Karma Basics — Weapons, Not Characters

Karma attaches to weapons, not heroes directly. Equip Karma on a character's weapon slot to modify stats and abilities. Two categories exist at launch: Basic Karma grants multi-hero stat bonuses usable across your roster, while Exclusive Karma locks to specific characters and adds signature ability modifiers tied to that hero's kit. Ascending Basic Karma

Upgrade Basic Karma by spending duplicate copies of the same Karma piece — identical to gacha ascension systems Hound13 removed from monetization but retained as progression depth. World Bosses are the best daily source for Karma duplicates and crafting materials. Note that Patch 1.0.3 restored World Boss and Sudden Mission daily resets — verify you are updated before farming. Hero Awakening — Sacred Light and Stigma Stones

Beyond Karma, heroes advance through a six-tier Awakening system. Farm Fragment of Sacred Light from exploration chests and regional mini-bosses across Orbis. Exchange 200 Fragments each for Stigma Awakened Stones at the appropriate vendor — six tiers total for full Awakening completion on a favorite hero.

Exclusive Karma Management

Exclusive Karma drops from Hero Quests, World Bosses, and targeted content. Dismantle unwanted Exclusive Karma you will never equip to recover exchange fragments. At Skyspire Rock, trade dismantled materials — Fragment of Afterimage, Fragment of Memory, Fragment of Whirling Thoughts, and Tower of Trials rewards — for Karma pieces suited to your active roster.

Daily Progression Loop

A sustainable endgame routine combines three pillars: complete Regional Missions for Skill Scrolls and Forging Molds, clear daily World Bosses for Karma duplicates, and advance main story or Hero Quest chapters for Fate's Invitation tickets. Claim launch promotions via our Free Rewards guide before grinding — the free Abyssal Direwolf does not affect Karma but saves currency for other priorities.

Gear Crafting and Reforging

Craft base equipment at the Blacksmith using Regional Mission materials. Refine stat lines with the Stat Grinder — each roll costs 25 Adventurer's Emblem. Prefer mixed three-piece set bonuses across different set families rather than forcing six matching pieces early. Prioritize Crit Rate and Attack on chest and leg slots where main stats concentrate. Cross-reference ailment-focused templates on the Builds hub before committing reforge currency.
